Good vibes good life

The book starts with a discussion about “self love”.

“Self-love is the balance between accepting yourself as you are while knowing you deserve better and then working towards it.”

The book is divided into sections, some including ‘Positive Lifestyle Habits’, ‘Making Yourself a Priority’ and ‘Pain and Purpose’. Each chapter is designed to focus and deal with a specific idea, whether it concerns obstacles of the body or the mind.

The author has managed to write the book in a very easy language. His writing comes across as eloquent and easily understandable. He doesn’t beat around the bush and makes it a point that the reader understands everything easily. Overall, I feel it’s a great book for beginners.

The psychology of money

The book has 20 chapters, each describing what author @morganhousel1 considers to be most important and often counterintuitive features of psychology of money.

The best part about the book is that even though the chapters revolve around a common theme, still they can be read independently. The book is filled with some very relevant and relatable examples.

This book has some amazing excerpts. Swipe right to check few of them.

Sharing some here as well.

“Spending money to show people how much money you have is the fastest way to have less money.”

“Planning is important, but the most important part of every plan is to plan on the plan not going according to plan.”

“There is no reason to risk what you have and need for what you don’t have and don’t need.”

Highly recommended if you are looking for something on personal finance.
