By – Viktor E. Frankl

It is first of all a book about survival. (Frankl’s survival in the concentration camp) Frankl’s concern is less with the question of why most died than it is with the question of why anyone at all survived.

He saw three possible sources of meaning – In work, In Love and In courage.

The book is divided into two parts. First part of the book tells us about the experience in the concentration camp. Through his own observation frankl, a former psychiatrist discovers that those who have meaning of purpose of some kind had been able to find strength to carry on.

Second part of the book is about Frankl’s application of his trademark theory, which he calls, “Logotherapy.” He began formulating this theory, which posits that finding meaning and purpose in life is the key to personal happiness and well-being.

Highly recommended this one!!
